If you wish for an item that is out of stock, please email us info@kukistore.eu

PAYMENT

We accept Paypal and direct bank payments.

If selected direct bank payment, after the order is confirmed, we are reserving an item for 1 working day.

If the payment is not received during that time, we cancel the order.

SHIPPING

We offer free domestic shipping!

We ship via Lithuanian post service. Orders of more than 60 eur are shipped via courrier.

International orders cost:

up to 1 kg: EU countries - 6 Eur; Other countries - 9 Eur.

1- 2 kg: EU countries - 9 Eur; Other countries - 13 Eur.

International orders of more than 100 eur are shipped for free.

* During holidays there might be a delivery delay. We are not responsible for the delays caused by a third party service providers.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Clothes/shoes/accesories can be returned/exchanged within 14 days in the original packaging, with tags, unworn/clean/not torn or damaged in other way. The same way they were delivered to you.

Toys can be returned within 7 days with the original packaging in excellent condition, clean/not torn or damaged in other way.

Lamps can only be returned due to spoilage. However before shipping them, we always check the condition, so we hope for no returns :)

Travel Buddy is not refundable due to its packaging which is part of the whole products unique appearance.

Rugs can be returnd within 7 days in excellent condition, clean/not torn or damaged in other way.

The shipping cost is not refundable unless you are returning an item that is damaged/not working.

Refund expenses are on the buyer.

Before shipping an item back, please inform us what exactly you would like to return. We will give you all the details.

We are obligated to make a refund within 10 days after receiving an item.
